Dr Mohamad Ali El Husseini participates in the Islamic-Christian dialogue meeting in Beirut acquaintance and recognition
At the invitation of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Beirut, Dr. Mohamed Ali El Husseini participated in the "Recognition of Citizenship Towards a Citizenship State" held in Beirut and discussed ways to spread the culture of acceptance of the other and to renounce hatred, arrogance and contempt.
El Husseini welcomed this dialogue initiative in Beirut to reaffirm the role of this city in sponsoring the humanitarian dialogue that brings down all the rhetoric of racism, discrimination and atonement, as well as all methods of contempt and bullying on the other, stressing that renouncing hate speech is a current priority at this stage of life. Hate and violence are now spreading to discredit his image.
El Husseini confirmed the necessity of adhering to the dialogue approach to resolve differences, and to devise a method of communication and acquaintance for the good of the human being, and we are working to build a state of citizenship and dedicate ourselves to the establishment of a state of moderation, openness and tolerance in its surroundings
